- Relevant experience (min. 1 years) working within a children's home setting, ideally within a Learning Disabilities/PMLD environment.
- An understanding / sound knowledge of Children's Homes Quality Standards
- Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or Children's Workforce (or equivalent) - or have this qualification well underway.
- Experience of leading, coaching and mentoring a team and ensuring that relevant Codes of Conduct are upheld.
- Competent IT skills, mainly MS Office
- Driving License desirable.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
