- Integrate telecom systems onto the Bondio platform, ensuring seamless interaction with existing infrastructure.
- Evaluate REST APIs from telecom partners to determine compatibility with Bondio systems and assess their ability to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with the product team to gather and clarify project requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions, including technical design, code implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Resolve customer queries and technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions when needed.
- Participate in on-call support duties as required, ensuring critical issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Improve the technical architecture of the platform, implementing changes to enhance scalability, flexibility, and robustness.
- Ensure high code quality, following best practices and maintaining a clean, well-documented codebase.
- Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic
- Build reusable and modular backend components, promoting code reusability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables and a smooth user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends, frameworks, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance development processes.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Proficiency in backend technologies, with hands-on experience.
- A strong ability to design, code, test, and maintain applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Experience with building customer-facing APIs, with a focus on user-centric development and high-availability architectures.
- Comfort working with tight deadlines and delivering high-impact projects with efficiency and precision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and experience working in remote-first teams, where self-direction, responsibility, and communication are key to success.
