You will be paid in line with the Main Pay Scale or Upper Pay Scale, depending on experience.🧠 The Role:*Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to KS2 pupils with complex learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties (MLD).
*Work closely with a team of supportive LSAs, therapists, and the SENCO.
*Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment that promotes independence and confidence.
*Use creative teaching methods to support pupils' EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.✅ What We're Looking For:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
*Proven experience teaching in SEN or inclusive mainstream settings (KS2 focus preferred)
*A calm, patient and adaptive teaching style
*Knowledge of EHCPs, behaviour management strategies, and multi-sensory teaching
