The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Spanish lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The school is looking for someone with strong subject knowledge, a passion for languages, and the ability to inspire students of all abilities to achieve their potential. You will be expected to plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum, track student progress, and contribute to the wider life of the school community.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student progressUse a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage learnersAssess and monitor student outcomes, providing effective feedback and supportWork collaboratively with colleagues in the MFL department and beyondContribute to extracurricular activities and school events where appropriateThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience teaching Spanish at secondary level, ideally including GCSEA genuine passion for language education and intercultural understandingStrong classroom management skills and a creative approach to teachingThe ability to build positive relationships with students and staffA proactive and reflective attitude, with a willingness to contribute to continuous school improvementAbout the School:
