Job Type: Full-timeA well-established law firm with a proud history dating back to the 1800s is currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team. The firm is entering an exciting phase of growth and investment, modernising systems, working practices, and infrastructure while maintaining its core value of delivering a truly personal and high-quality service to clients.The Opportunity:
This is an opportunity for a forward-thinking and motivated legal professional with at least 3 years' PQE to manage a varied caseload of private client matters. Working closely with a highly experienced senior lawyer, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling:
- Wills
- Probate
- Estate Administration
- Inheritance Tax & Estate Planning
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection
The position can be based in either Stockton Heath or Oundle. Parking is available on-site at Oundle, with street parking available in Stockton Heath.
Hybrid working is offered.Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' PQE in Private Client Law
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Client-focused approach with a professional and personable manner
