Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to kick-start your teaching journey in Atherstone, Tamworth, Nuneaton or Coventry? Working as a supply teacher you will continue to gain hands-on classroom experience, build your confidence, and develop your teaching skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across KS3 and 4.
  • Follow school behaviour policies and adapt quickly to new environments.
  • Collaborate with school staff and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Provide continuity in education during staff absences.

RequirementsTo be considered for the role of ECT Secondary Teacher you will:
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – newly qualified or within your first two years.
  • A proactive attitude and strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with pupils and staff quickly.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply through ABC Teachers).
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – newly qualified or within your first two years.
