
Business Manager – B2B Wholesale

- Be responsible for the running of the entire business, including driving sales, full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, marketing, logistics and purchasing
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing B2B customers such as contractors, installers and industrial clients
- Ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to develop company performance and revenue
- A competitive starting salary up to £60,000

- Experience in a B2B wholesale or distribution environment
- Experience working with or selling enterprise infrastructure or technical products such as data cabling, networking, or server systems
- Proven success in a General Manager, Business Manager, or Branch Manager role
- Strong commercial awareness and sales acumen
- Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
- Full UK driving licence
- A hands-on and proactive approach with the ambition to grow and develop a business
