Lead PlannerA contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Planner to support portfolio planning and performance management within a complex nuclear environment. This role offers a 12-month contract based on site in Dounreay, with clear timelines for closing date and interviews.Key Responsibilities● Develop and implement planning procedures that support delivery
● Undertake assurance, analyse programme schedules, identify problem areas, and support change control
● Provide oversight of targets, support external audits, and ensure delivery commitments are met
● Deliver training and mentoring to strengthen planning capability within the organisation
● Act as the intelligent customer for Primavera P6 and planning systems
● Analyse critical paths, integrate schedules, and provide portfolio-level insightsEssential Criteria● Strong background in project planning within regulated sectors
● Expert knowledge of Primavera P6
● Experience in schedule assurance and change control
● Ability to mentor and support colleagues
● Active SC clearancePackage and Details● Contract length: 12 months
● Location: Dounreay, on-site
● Rate: Up to £52 per hour (umbrella)
