  • Screen enquiries to the service using robust screening tools
  • Provide advice, support, and signposting to service users
  • Utilise information to help Occupational Therapy managers prioritise cases and determine the need for face-to-face visits
  • Apply your knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and OT practice within the Equipment and Adaptations Service
  • Conduct duty visits to complete assessments, reduce risks, and maintain independence
  • Collaborate with a supportive Duty Manager who is a senior occupational therapist
  • Utilize tools like Magic Notes to streamline and support your duty work
You must hold HCPC registration and have access to a vehicle for this role.
