Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in St Albans.As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you'll play a vital role in their life.What we're looking for:· A genuine passion for supporting others.· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.· A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.Contract options:· Full-time: 37.5 hrsShift times:All our services are 24hr care.
