Engineering Manager required to lead a maintenance team in a fast paced processing environment for a growing business based in Dundee.The Role:
Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.
Manage and optimise existing production machinery or facility availability and efficiency with the framework of a total predictive, preventative and curative maintenance programs
Planning and developing systems to deliver maximum line/process efficiency including energy, plant services and utilities.
The candidate
Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment
Recognised apprenticeship qualification/degree or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline
Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs
Leadership experience
Manufacturing experience is essential for this role (heavy engineering would be advantageous)
