The range of projects is vast, from handling gram quantities of tritium in the fusion fuel cycle, waste vitrification, liquid lead cooled Gen IV reactors as well as new nuclear projects for a variety of high level clients.Their growth means they have opportunities for senior leaders for their strong project pipeline. If you have a passion for leading project delivery, an aptitude for design projects, love motivating teams and thrive on project variety then they would really like to meet you.The people they are interested in speaking to will be able to describe how they have led large process projects, they would like to learn more about your approach to leading the team, collaborating with the client, having a clear vision to deliver requirements and managing technical and project risk.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Process Engineer and you will be responsible for overseeing process engineering projects, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and leading a team of engineers. This role can be based in Glasgow or London area with flexibility for remote work.Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Process Optimization, Process Engineering, and Project Management skills
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the nuclear or energy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
