The Role
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, frameworks and collaboration agreements
  • Advise on procurement law and wider public law issues
  • Lead on business development and client relationship management
  • Collaborate with Property, Planning, Construction, Litigation & Social Housing teams
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE with strong commercial contracts experience (public sector preferred)
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior lawyers
  • Strong commercial acumen and client development experience
  • Ambitious and driven to achieve partnership progression
