- Advise on and negotiate a wide range of commercial property agreements, including leases, agreements for lease, and sale contracts for freehold and leasehold sites.
- Handle landlord and tenant matters such as licences to assign, underlet, and alter, as well as deeds of variation and rent deposit deeds.
- Support complex transactions including conditional sales, portfolio disposals, and financing arrangements, working closely with planning, construction, and finance teams.
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously while supervising and mentoring trainees and paralegals.
- Have a breadth of commerical property experience
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and a commercial focus
- A proven track record in business development, providing a high level of client contact and previous responsibility for client files.
