What you will do:
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of 2 physiotherapists, 1 occupational therapist, and 4 to 5 therapy assistants.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of neurorehabilitation treatments to patients, optimising recovery and quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs.
  • Provide mentorship and support to your team, ensuring the continuous improvement of service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical records and contribute to service evaluation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration is essential, reflecting your commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in physiotherapy, specifically within a neurology setting, is required.
  • A full driving licence is preferable to facilitate working across different locations if necessary.
