Now looking to expand their offering into wider hospitality and high footfall retail.About the companyFast-growing payments provider delivering secure, best-in-class solutions to high-traffic environments such as stadiums, festivals, and leading hospitality brandsTechnology handles millions in transactions in a single day without compromising speedTrusted by some of the best-known football clubs and sporting locationsWe are the retained recruiter on this search, exclusively managing the processAbout the roleKey member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the MDCombines hands-on new business generation with the responsibility to grow and lead a sales functionOwn the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closureDrive high-value strategic relationships with merchants, CFOs and IT leaders in hospitality, events, and retailLead tender processes and negotiate major contractsShape commercial strategy and deliver on ambitious growth targetsRepresent the business at industry events and client sites across the UKBuild out a sales team beneath you, developing talent and creating a winning cultureAbout youSenior B2B sales leadership experience in payments selling directly to merchants, ideally into stadia, hospitality, events, or retail/QSRProven track record of winning and growing enterprise-level clients with some experience of managing a small sales teamStrong negotiator with the ability to close complex dealsCommercially strategic, but equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to deliver resultsConfident presenting value propositions to senior stakeholders (CFO, FD, IT)Willingness to travel frequently and attend client events, including some weekends
