- We work in a people centred sector, so You'll need be a great communicator who's looking to build relationships with our hotel General Managers and internal teams through email, phone calls and online meetings.
- Hospitality can be a constantly changing and busy environment, so experience in a fast-paced HR, Recruitment or administration role would be key.
- This role can see you deal with different employee relations queries, so you'll need to be able to communicate professionally and courteously with a range of different stakeholders from different backgrounds.
- Compliance is key in the work we do, so you'll to have great attention to detail with experience working across multiple complex documents.
