- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related major with analytically rigorous coursework, including at least one completed course related to quantitative analytics with an expected graduation between December 2025 and August 2026
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Python and willingness to learn and apply other languages such as SQL
- Knowledge of machine learning / data science theory, techniques and tools and experience working with large disparate data sets
- Experience in mathematics and statistics modelling
- Awareness of big data technologies (Hive, Hadoop, Spark) and/or computer clusters
- Awareness of standard analytical tech stacks (Jupyter Notebooks, AWS, Spark, PyTorch, R, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings in an understandable manner to a non-technical audience
- Clearly explain thought processes and understand instructions, while actively seeking clarification when needed
- Knowledge about applications of statistics, analytical methods, and large language models (LLMs) would considered be a plus
