
People and Culture (HR) Co-Ordinator

- Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries.
- Manage the HR inbox, responding to queries within SLA’s and escalating issues as needed.
- Support all HR administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes to employment.
- Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and HR systems.
- Provide administrative support to payroll, benefits, and reporting functions.
- Assist with employee relations documentation, including absence, grievance, and disciplinary processes.
- Conduct data audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Lead automation initiatives with the overall aim to reduce manual tasks and improve employee experience
- Support the delivery of monthly Executive Committee reports with a focus on accuracy
- Lead or support HR projects, including DE&I, training, engagement, recruitment, and system integrations.
- Are CIPD qualified or working towards this
- Are Degree qualified in Human Resource Management or other relevant business area
- Have experience in a similar role within HR with a good understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
- Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and have familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Workday, Oracle, People Hub, SuccessFactors).
- Have excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation, payroll cycles, and benefits regulations.
- Have strong communication skills and a team-focused approach with the ability to collaborate across a multicultural and cross functional organisation
- Have experience with Power BI, Tableau or SQL (desirable)
