- Lead the operational execution of well decommissioning projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.
- Enforce operational standards and procedures to enhance project performance and compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize project designs for safety, environmental impact, and cost-effectiveness.
- In partnership with UK leadership, implement strategic decision-making processes to drive business development, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Enforce governance frameworks that promote financial accountability and transparency in project execution.
- Oversee the evaluation and approval of key projects, ensuring they meet financial performance targets and strategic goals.
- In alignment with UK Management and Global Decommissioning Director, implements governance frameworks to ensure strategic alignment and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers and stakeholders within the UK to drive commercial success and sustainability goals.
- Identify and leverage cutting-edge technologies that enhance well decommissioning processes, leading to increased market competitiveness and profitability.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Geosciences, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a significant focus on well decommissioning.
- Proven track record in leading complex engineering projects, including FEED.
- Strong experience in partnership development and technology adoption within the UK.
- Extensive knowledge of decommissioning regulations, standards, best practices, and market dynamics in the UK.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
