
Line Chef - Wilson's Social (Part time)

- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications.
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist with food prep and portioning during service.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house as needed.
- Monitor food quality and report any issues to the Head or Sous Chef.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
- Support other chefs and kitchen staff as needed.
- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a busy kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Part-time contract.
