- Preparing candidates CVs, Job Specifications, Adverts and other paper work required.
- Preparing Cvs to send to clients.
- Making outbound calls daily with the intentions to book client visits & take on new job vacancies.
- Sales: selling your candidates to our existing client base
- Providing top quality customer service to existing customer.
- Database: Update all activity and candidate actions onto the database system.
- Business development and maintaining client relationships.
- Managing the recruitment database.
- Preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them through the process.
- Working closely with the other consultants to share candidates and information to optimise the branch performance.
- Must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to run multiple projects.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Organised; ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Motivated by targets and the chance to earn commission.
- Punctual.
- Sales experience
- Monday to Friday 0800-1700
- Negotiable plus monthly bonus
