  • Pay: £90-£105
Main Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant Level 2 (TA2):
  • Work under the direction of class teachers to support pupils’ learning across the curriculum.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for children, including those with additional needs.
  • Assist with setting up classroom activities and preparing learning resources.
  • Support positive behaviour, participation, and social interaction.
  • Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to assessment, reporting and planning as required.
About You:
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with primary-aged children is desirable.
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Positive, patient and enthusiastic attitude towards children’s learning.
  • Willingness to support a wide range of classroom and school activities.
