  • Lead HR strategy and operations across a diverse workforce
  • Support organisational change, talent development, and workforce planning
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and policy
  • Oversee compliance and safeguarding practices
  • Analyse people data to inform strategic decisions
  • Champion culture, engagement and leadership capability
What We’re Looking For:
  • CIPD-qualified – Level 7 ideally
  • Strong experience in a senior HR leadership role
  • Confident advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Commercially focused, experience of managing budgets
  • Strategic thinker with operational grip
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR systems
  • Resilient, collaborative and data-driven
