Shift: Full-time, long-termYour Responsibilities Will Include:
- Adapting the English curriculum and instructional strategies to suit the varied needs of your students.
- Employing and modifying different literacy frameworks to support student growth.
- Fostering a secure, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.
- Cultivating strong, supportive relationships with students, their families, and colleagues.
- Utilising effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive and focused atmosphere.
- You must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A minimum of six months of experience in a similar capacity is essential.
- Experience educating students with a range of special needs, particularly Autism, ADHD, Specific Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), is highly valued.
- You must hold an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one.
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
