We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, working in collaboration and achieving the right results with integrity.What's the role?As a Renewals/AST Contracts Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing tenancy renewals and ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
You'll liaise with tenants, landlords, and internal teams to confirm renewal terms, issue contracts, and support the smooth running of the tenancy lifecycle.
You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and issuing renewal documentation including AST agreements and notices
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation including deposit protection and Right to Rent
- Communicating with tenants and landlords to agree renewal terms
- Maintaining accurate records and producing reports on renewals and pipeline figures
- Experience in lettings, property management, or tenancy administration is ideal to help you hit the ground running.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence in handling legal documentation will help ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills are essential - you'll be liaising with tenants, landlords, and colleagues daily.
- Knowledge of AST agreements and lettings legislation is a bonus, but we'll support you with training.
