It is a great opportunity for an individual to join the project and influence the success of the solution and continuous improvement post implementation.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into data structure and user stories
  • Document Analysis by means of ER models and flow diagrams
  • Implement data structure into ZOHO CRM standard and custom modules with the proper links
  • ZOHO CRM forms and view enhancements, Canvas
  • Implement user stories using custom functions, workflows, blueprint and the rest of Zoho CRM / Zoho One dynamic facilities
  • Managing external interactions, email, sms, WhatsApp to set up customer message marketing
  • Mobile and desktop applications generation with ZOHO CREATOR, dynamic behaviour, A/B testing
  • System Test specifications
  • Automated testing of ZOHO applications and interfaces
  • Reports, charts and analytics dashboards generation
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage own workload
Person Specification Capabilities and ExperienceThe candidate will have:
  • Experience in application development with ZOHO tools: CRM, CREATOR, ZOHO FLOW, ZOHO Desk, ZOHO Analytics
  • Proven experience with using Deluge language coding custom functions
  • Ability to identify errors, abnormal behaviour, function tracking, log
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues (e.g. gaps, inconsistencies) and troubleshoot these
  • Have a true agile mindset, capable and willing to take on tasks outside of her/his core competencies to help the team
  • Experience in working with stakeholders and product managers to identify and clarify requirements.
The candidate will be able to:
  • Real implementations of ZOHO integrations: telephony, email, WhatsApp, sms
  • Experience on internal ZOHO integrations, ZOHO FLOW, ZOHO CREATOR
  • Agile method and tools knowledge
  • Experience on customer support (ZOHO Desk)
  • Experience in Real Estate market
  • Experience in similar industries or markets
