You’ll handle a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for a diverse mix of employer clients (SMEs, OMBs, listed companies) and employees. Work includes:
- Advising on settlement agreements, redundancy exercises and restructuring projects
- Drafting and amending employment contracts and policies
- Providing strategic advice on Boardroom and senior management disputes
- Supporting corporate transactions (TUPE, due diligence, employment risk management)
- Representing clients at employment tribunals
- Advising on operational HR queries, data protection compliance and Modern Slavery Act issues
- Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ–Senior Associate level) with employment law experience
- Confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong communicator with excellent client care skills
- Business development experience is advantageous
- In-house experience will be considered if relevant
- Competitive salary: £45k (NQ) to £75k (Senior Associate) DOE
