9:00am - 5:00pmWe are looking for a temporary Customer Service Assistant to provide holiday cover within a busy office environment.Role details:
- Office-based position
- Hours: 9:00 - 5:00 (Monday - Friday)
- Training on the system will be provided on the first day
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email, directly them to the correct dept
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- Providing general administrative support
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Previous office based customer service experience required
- Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new software
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliable and available for the full duration
