The Junior Quality Compliance Officer will play a key role in supporting quality assurance activities and ensuring compliance within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards in engineering and manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrate outstanding organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Compilation of material certification/documentation packages process for all customer documentation requirements as defined by the relevant customer contracts.
  • Assist in the delivery of key activities and projects as required.
  • Working to very tight and constantly changing deadlines with absolute discretion.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative to achieve required deadlines.
  • Supporting visitors on site, on a day to day basis/ when required.
  • Keep accurate and up to date data, ensuring that it is maintained in relation to Quality Administration / Certification, in conjunction with the Companies Quality Administration Control processes, to ensure that products are traceable and delivered with the correct certification / documentation
  • Ensuring all trackers updated.

  • Strong administration experience in a Manufacturing/Engineering environment
  • Proven experience of documentation compilation and control
  • A high level of attention to detail, prioritisation and planning skills
  • Strong computer literate skills including experience with IT systems and intermediate-advanced level in MI Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
