  • Hours: Sunday (10-6pm) / Monday (2-10pm) / Tuesday - Thursday (12-8pm)

Job Description
  • To be the first point of contact for samples arriving at the laboratory
  • Responsible for sample receipt and sample labelling
  • Ensuring customer samples are received in full and without any issues
  • Label samples and liaise directly with customers to ensure they have everything they need for testing to commence.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in:
  • Working within the food industry
  • dealing with customer via different communication platforms
  • Working with a LIMS is advantageous
