Job Type: Full-timeResponsibilities: * Devising lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines where appropriate.
- Leading classes by giving lectures, demonstrating tasks, assigning tasks, and encouraging discussions.
- Encouraging student participation and performance
- Supervising students while they complete tasks independently.
- Answering student questions
- Setting homework or exercises for students to practice their skills after class.
- Developing and marking examinations to measure students’ progress.
- Assessing and reporting on students’ academic achievements and behaviour
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Maths Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification/license
- Proven experience teaching Maths at KS3-KS5
- Strong knowledge of the Maths
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Has or is willing to obtain an enhanced DBS.
- Is a patient and approachable individual.
- Has positive communication skills.
- Has a passionate for student development.
- Ideally experience in a school setting( Not mandatory)
