This is a rare opportunity for a senior Employment Solicitor to join the Nottingham office at Partner or Director level. The team is growing rapidly and this role offers the chance to be part of shaping its future direction.   • Advise a high-quality client base ranging from national PLCs to local SMEs
  • Lead and grow the Employment team in Nottingham, helping shape its strategy
  • Collaborate with partners across the national network
  • Get involved in business development and client relationship management
  • Contribute to mentoring and developing junior members of the team
  • Work on both contentious and non-contentious matters across a range of sectors
  • Enjoy the autonomy and support to develop your practice on your own terms
You
Are you a strategic thinker with a strong commercial approach and the ability to inspire others?
  • A senior Employment Solicitor – currently at Partner or Director level
  • A strong following or reliable referral network
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent client service in both advisory and contentious work
  • Enthusiastic about business development and team leadership
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and cares about people
  • Commercially aware, technically strong, and confident in your ability to lead from the front
