Engineering Team LeaderSalary: £55,000Location: DartfordWe are currently recruting for an Engineering Team Leader to work for an established fast paced manufacturing company based near Dartford, Kent. The Engineering Team Leader will be involved in all site planned and reactive maintenance on industrial production machinery. You will be working M-F days supporting the engineering manager and will need to have an electrical engineering qualification and experience in manufacturing industries. This is a fantastic time to join the business as a Maintenance Manager as they expanding rapidly with opportunities to train and develop your skills.Skills required for the Engineering Team Leader:
  • Electrical Engineering Qualification
  • Experience leading a Team of 7 Engineers on a Daily basis
  • Experience working in the Manufacturing Sector
  • Willing to be hands on when required
  • Experience with Maintenance planning and organisation
