Your TasksProduct Placement : Ensure that products are displayed according to company guidelines and planograms, maximizing visibility and accessibility for customers.Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and removing outdated or damaged products.Promotional Displays : Set up and maintain promotional displays and signage to attract customer attention and drive sales.Store Visits : Conduct regular visits to assigned retail locations to assess merchandising standards, gather feedback, and implement improvements.Collaboration : Work closely with store management and staff to understand customer preferences and sales trends, providing insights to enhance merchandising strategies.Reporting : Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities, including photos of displays, inventory levels, and sales performance, and report findings to management.Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform merchandising strategies.Your Profile
