Their specialised assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals utilise expert neurorehabilitation techniques to assist individuals in reclaiming lost skills and achieving personal milestones following brain injury, be it from trauma, illness, substance misuse, or other causes.Our client's dedicated team is driven by passion and camaraderie. They foster an environment where everyone works collaboratively to support each other, ensuring the best outcomes for those we serve.The RoleBased in Ely, our client's facility provides rehabilitation services for up to 25 individuals with acquired brain injuries. Here, residents receive comprehensive support to address cognitive, behavioural, physical, and emotional challenges. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and speech and language therapists, you will lead support workers in empowering individuals to achieve their goals, from regaining mobility to relearning daily tasks.As Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the facility to uphold the highest standards of treatment and care. Your role involves inspiring, motivating, and developing your team to ensure they deliver exceptional support to residents. Additionally, you will drive organisational and planned changes within the service and promote the facility to potential commissioners and referrers.About YouWe are seeking an individual who possesses:
- A Registered Manager status with a QCF (NVQ) level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing high-quality residential services across multiple sites.
- A strong commitment to person-centred independence-building services.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and financial systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of team development and performance management.
