- Manage and support a team of dedicated teaching assistants and support staff
- Work closely with families and external professionals to deliver high-quality support plans and EHCPs
- Ensure full compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and champion inclusion across all areas of school life
- A qualified teacher with the National Award for SEN Coordination
- In-depth knowledge of SEND legislation and proven experience in a similar role
- A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- A strong belief in the potential of every child and a drive to remove barriers to achievement
