The RoleYou will:

Lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school
Manage and support a team of dedicated teaching assistants and support staff
Work closely with families and external professionals to deliver high-quality support plans and EHCPs
Ensure full compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and champion inclusion across all areas of school life

What Were Looking For

A qualified teacher with the National Award for SEN Coordination
In-depth knowledge of SEND legislation and proven experience in a similar role
A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
A strong belief in the potential of every child and a drive to remove barriers to achievement
