
Housing Officer / Support Worker

- Conduct initial qualifying assessments with parolees referred by the National Probation Service to determine eligibility and suitability for supported accommodation
- Provide support to residents with complex needs, including substance misuse, mental health, trauma, and offending history
- Develop and review individual support plans in collaboration with residents and Probation Practitioners.
- Support tenants to maintain tenancies, manage rent payments, and comply with occupancy agreements
- Facilitate move-ins and evictions where necessary in accordance with policy and legal frameworks
- Work collaboratively other agencies, signposting where appropriate
- Act as a point of contact between the service, the National Probation Service, and community partners
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records using internal systems
- Respond promptly to incidents, complaints, and breaches of tenancy/licence agreements
- UK Driving License
- Experience working in similar role
