Manage client renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments accurately and efficiently
Liaise with insurers and clients, resolving policy queries and ensuring full compliance
Prepare renewal documentation and negotiate best terms in the market
Maintain accurate records and support with credit control issues where needed
Share knowledge to support team development and customer-first outcomes
What We're Looking For:
Previous insurance experience is essential
Working towards or holding a CII qualification is advantageous
Process-driven, detail-oriented and highly organised
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Customer-centric, results-focused and team-minded
