As a Construction Manager you’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing 2 Contract Managers
  • Overseeing 15 sites across Birmingham, Warwickshire, along the M5, Cotswolds, Bristol and Gloucestershire.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Coordinating with key stakeholders
  • Maintaining exceptional health, safety, and environmental standards on all sites
  • Monitoring site progress, managing resources, and resolving any issues that arise
