- Evidence of relevant post related experience / on-going clinical training, and commitment to training.
- Teaching / Assessing qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working with and caring for children with complex health needs. including children who require To require including: -tracheostomy care and/or long term ventilation needs -oxygen therapy, -suction, -enteral feeds etc -catheterisation These skills will be gained by completing competency based training. A qualified nurse will always be available for advice and support via on-call.
- Experience working with and caring for children with life limited / threatening illnesses.
- Experience working with and caring for children with complex health needs. including children who require To require including: -tracheostomy care and/or long term ventilation needs -oxygen therapy, -suction, -enteral feeds etc -catheterisation These skills will be gained by completing competency based training. A qualified nurse will always be available for advice and support via on-call.
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to team working.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- oDemonstrate an ability to be flexible and able to participate in a changing NHS Environment
- Applicants must be a car driver.
