- Be the Primary Contact: Act as the go-to person for orders, queries, and appointment coordination.
- Enhance Communication: Liaise effectively between customers and our business partners to support seamless service delivery.
- Handle Inbound Communications: Manage calls, emails, and letters with professionalism and a friendly demeanour.
- Order Processing: Process new and repeat orders for stock and bespoke orthotic products efficiently.
- Stock Management: Oversee stock movement and ensure timely delivery for patient appointments.
- Issue Escalation: Know when to escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or Manager.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and amend patient appointments to optimise clinic capacity and reduce delays.
- Strong communication skills with a cheerful and professional tone.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for patient care.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a medical or health setting, is a plus!
