Palletways and Network Agent – Newtownabbey – Salary DOEMontgomery Distribution is the palletised distribution division of Montgomery Transport Group. Operating from distribution sites throughout the UK, Montgomery Distribution offers a range of services covering the whole of the UK, Ireland and Europe. With over 50 years trading history, the company is well established and is still family owned, assuring customers of a long term view and a solid trading platform.Montgomery Distribution are looking for a passionate Palletways and Networks agent who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers based in Newtownabbey.You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.Responsibilities:
  • Operate as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted relationship with key customers
  • Make decisions under pressure
  • Prioritise workload
  • Handle customer`s complaints
Requirements:
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent I.T. skills
