A well-regarded and long-established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Lincoln team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, work in a supportive environment, and build strong relationships with clients and local property professionals.The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. The position requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding client care.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactionsGenerate new business and convert initial enquiries into instructionsPrepare and review property searchesLiaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the processPrepare standard contract documentationIdentify and pursue cross-selling opportunities for other legal servicesHandle exchanges, completions, and all post-completion work including SDLT submissions and Companies House filingsMaintain accurate records and comply with internal processes and risk management proceduresKeep up to date with changes in conveyancing law and best practiceAchieve agreed fee income targets and objectivesPerson SpecificationEssentialExperienced Conveyancer with a proven track record in residential property mattersStrong knowledge of the conveyancing process, Money Laundering Regulations, and Solicitors Accounts RulesConfident in managing a busy caseload independentlyExcellent communication and organisational skillsIT literate with experience of case management systemsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure to tight deadlinesDesirableLegal Executive or Solicitor qualificationPrevious experience with SOS Connect case management systemBenefits
