  • A full clean driving license is essential to meet the requirements of the role
  • Have a keen interest in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hold adequate IT skills & preferably previous experience using service software
  • Have strong teamwork skills
  • Have the ability to prioritize their time and the importance of various tasks
  • Possess sound knowledge of the Resort & local area
  • Display a flexible work approach
Desired Criteria
  • Have previously worked in a Concierge position in the Hospitality sector
  • Have previously worked in a customer service role
  • Have previous experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Hold a PSV License
