We're building a fantastic new team of Teaching Assistants to work across mainstream and specialist settings β and weβd love to hear from you!β About the Roleβ¨ What Youβll Do:Support students (aged 5β16) with SEN including:Mental health needs (e.g. anxiety, depression)Physical disabilitiesCommunication challengesEmotional & behavioural difficultiesWork 1:1 or in small groupsAssist classroom teachers in delivering a personalised curriculumBuild trusting relationships with studentsHelp create a safe, engaging learning environmentSchedule:Monday to Friday, 8:30am β 3:30pm (term-time only)Flexibility for part-time schedulesPotential for permanent placement for the right candidateWhat Weβre Looking For:Passionate individuals with a genuine love for educationExcellent communication & behaviour management skillsExperience with SEN or challenging behaviours is a plus β but not essentialPositive, proactive mindset and team spiritWhy Join Teaching Personnel?β Flexible working β YOU choose your days

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
