  • Conduct assessments of potential kinship carers and provide ongoing support
  • Collaborate with various agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children
  • Attend Initial Child Protection Conferences and Child in Need meetings, holding cases until they close or escalate
  • Maintain documentation and reports in line with statutory requirements
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies
  • Develop areas of practice within the team, seeking continual professional development
