- Significant experience in an administrative role
- Working and communicating with staff at all levels within the organisation
- Experience in the use of databases and spreadsheets with accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including on the telephone and face to face.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work with limited supervision and use initiative regarding tasks to see through to completion
- Proven ability to handle a busy and varied workload
- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to follow process
- Understanding of Data Protection and Confidentiality
- Strong organisational ability and ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Problem solving skills
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline
- Understand data and reporting on business performance
- Experience of using a risk and incident management system
- Experience of working within the NHS
- Experience of policy writing and research
- Knowledge of Adastra and EMIS
- Ability to take notes of meetings and produce accurate minutes
- Flexibility and the willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Able to travel independently
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) graded 4 or above, including Maths and English GCSE
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline
