CBC Health Federation is looking to recruit a highly organised and motivated Governance Support Officer to work with our Quality and Governance Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting governance frameworks and ensuring high standards of patient care through effective administrative and coordination practices.As a Governance Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the governance team by coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the implementation of governance processes and policies.   • Strong levels of IT proficiency
  • Significant experience in an administrative role
  • Working and communicating with staff at all levels within the organisation
  • Experience in the use of databases and spreadsheets with accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including on the telephone and face to face.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and use initiative regarding tasks to see through to completion
  • Proven ability to handle a busy and varied workload
  • Excellent attention to detail with an ability to follow process
  • Understanding of Data Protection and Confidentiality
  • Strong organisational ability and ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
