We have a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business, supporting the delivery of BIM and Digital Construction procedures across 3D MEP building services and architectural the sector,s driving best practices in digital workflows. You'll work collaboratively within the BIM team, maintaining high standards in modelling and documentation, and supporting project milestones.This position would suit a proactive BIM professional with experience in 3D modelling within MEP environments, strong organisational skills, and a passion for digital construction. It's ideal for someone confident in managing workload independently while contributing to a wider team. A background in project coordination and familiarity with UK BIM standards will be essentialKey Responsibilities
  • Deliver and coordinate high-quality Stage 5 BIM models across 3D MEP and architectural projects in line with project milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with the BIM Manager, project team, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent application of BIM standards and processes.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including timekeeping, version control, and documentation in line with project protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to BIM specifications, contributing to the continuous improvement of team workflows and best practices.
  • Represent the team professionally in client meetings, internal reviews, and site visits, providing clear progress updates and technical input.
