Credit Control- Temporary

• Manage and monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances to ensure timely payments.
• Communicate with clients to resolve payment queries and discrepancies professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit control activities.
• Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports related to credit control.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client account issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Support the implementation of credit policies and procedures.
• Identify and escalate overdue accounts as necessary.
• Contribute to the improvement of credit control processes.

• Experience in credit control or a related accounting and finance role.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
